A missed owner check-in starts a 14-day grace period. If the owner still does not respond, at least two active, verified trusted contacts must independently confirm before release. A missed check-in alone never releases content, and disputed or incomplete confirmation blocks automatic delivery.
No. Phone and Stripe-hosted identity verification protect accounts, help prevent duplicate paid identities, and bind trusted roles to verified people. They are not proof of death and do not release content.
